Naagin 6 series story revolves around Priya and Rehaan. Priya is the child of an angel and a human. She has special powers and she is raised as an orphan. The male lead Rehaan is the son of Bani and Veer from Naagin 5. He is born against the rules of nature and is cursed for never getting love in his life. Reehan and Priya both are totally opposite but they feel a spark whenever they meet. However, Rageshwari knows their story and wishes to separate them. The female lead role of Priya is played by Krishna Mukherjee and the male lead role of Rehaan is played by Harsh Rajput. 

Urvashi Dholakia and Sudha Chandran are set to make a comeback to television with Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural show Naagin season 6. The traitors of India help a neighboring country to start biological warfare by releasing a poisonous liquid into the water bodies, causing a pandemic. A professor seeks the help of a Shesh Naagin to hunt down the enemies of the country and find the antidote to save lives.

Shesh Naagin Mahek pretending to be a security in charge while her younger sister Pratha as a worker enters the wedding of the Gujral family brothers Rishabh and Ritesh, kill their father Lalit Gujral, one of the traitors along with the brides’ father, another traitor. Ritesh falls in love with Pratha and breaks off the wedding with Rhea to marry Pratha. Rishabh suspects Pratha’s intention and spikes Ritesh, then replaces him to get married to Pratha.
