Saba Qamar announced comeback big screen with Saramad Khoosat Film Kamli in 2020. After delivering power-packed performances as Kanwal Baloch in Baaghi and later, Mannat in Cheekh, the actor has announced she will be making a big-screen comeback with director Sarmad Khoosat’s upcoming project titled Kamli.
IMGC recently announced to produce five movies in collaboration with different producers for the year 2020 and one of those is in collaboration with Khoosat Films.After a successful run with Manto, the duo have partnered up again with Khoosat’s upcoming film, Kamli.
Saba Qamar is known for her exceptional acting having proven it with projects like the aforementioned Manto and Hindi Medium to support the huge list of TV serials she has smashed out of the park with phenomenal acting.
Speaking to Galaxy Lollywood about Kamli, Saba revealed that she is thrilled to be a part of the film. She shared that after doing Hindi Medium, it was important for her to be a part of something bigger, better, and meaningful. So, after exploring and searching for a long time, she finally found Kamli which she claims is “bigger than Hindi Medium”.
The actress also hinted that Kamli is expected to release on Eid ul Fitr 2020.
While the Hindi Medium star is staying tight-lipped about her upcoming venture, this is not the first time the duo will be working together in a film.
Khoosat and Qamar were last seen in Manto, the former’s take on the controversial life and work of Saadat Hasan Manto.
