- The participants need to have at least 18 years of age to take part in this show.
- Should be a citizen of India
- Request for the audition needs to be given through email or website www.voot.com when registration opens.

- One nice and appealing photograph needs to be attached.
- An audition video also needs to be uploaded. Special care should be given while uploading the same as it is the key to enter the MTV Splitsvilla.
- A radio button will be there for terms and conditions which need to be checked.

- In case the candidate is shortlisted, then a call will be received from the Splitsvilla team.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for the main auditions.
- Those who clear the main auditions will be called for the final round.
- Those selected will be participating in the season.
