Patrick Wilson

Patrick Joseph Wilson is an American actor. He was born on July 3, 1973, in Norfolk, Virginia, US, to Mary Kay and John Franklin Wilson.

He was the youngest of the three children in the family and had two elder brothers. His father worked as a news anchor, while his mother was a professional singer.

He wanted to become an actor since a tender age and took professional training in acting at the highly respected ‘Carnegie-Mellon University,’ where he pursued his BFA in drama.

He made his acting debut with the 1995 musical ‘Miss Saigon.’ In 2001, he appeared in an unreleased film titled ‘My Sister’s Wedding.’

In 2003, he made his debut TV appearance with the series ‘Angels in America.’

His role as ‘Joe Pitt’ in the series helped him earn many honors. He achieved immense universal acclaim for working in series such as ‘Fargo’ and ‘Girls.’
