Camila Cabello has finally spoken up about her rumored relationship with Shawn Mendes.Now Camila has opened up about Shawn in a candid new interview with Variety.
Ever since Camila and Shawn released their hit single ‘Señorita’ this June, fans have speculated that the two stars are dating each other. First there were the racy lyrics and video (‘You say we’re just friends // But friends don’t know the way you taste’), then photos of Camila and Shawn cuddling and holding hands leaked online and, most recently, fans spotted them kissing. However, Camila and Shawn never confirmed whether or not they were actually dating.
So why do fans think there’s something going on between Shawn and Camila? For one, their steamy AF music video for Senorita.“It’s one of the most natural things in the world for he and I to do a song together. I think I’ve actually known him the longest out of anybody in the music industry — we’ve been in each other’s lives for like four or five years, and it’s been really beautiful to kinda grow up together. It’s actually a really beautiful feeling to know that this person is always going to be in my life, we’re always going to love each other,” Camila adds.
